  • If I am a Bent Ear client, how do I get support?

    There are multiple ways to get in touch with our support team. You can call us 24/7 at 315-295-3811 (we recommend this for urgent or emergency situations). You can also email us at Support@Bent-Ear-Tech.com, and a team member will contact you to assist. As a local support team, we can be on site quickly if we are unable to resolve the issue remotely.

  • I'm not tech savvy, can you still help?

    Absolutely! We understand that while we LOVE technology, we also know that not everyone does. We make sure to resolve your issues in a timely fashion, but we also take the time to explain the process to you in whatever level of detail you’re comfortable with. Communication is a core value at Bent Ear, and we want you to feel comfortable knowing the service we provide is meeting your expectations.

  • My friend/relative is pretty good with computers, why shouldn't I just use them instead?

    While we all love our family and friends, there are some things best left to the experts! As businesses become more reliant on technology, and as cyber criminals become more intelligent, it’s crucial to have confidence in your IT provider so when something happens, you are protected and prepared.

  • My business can't afford to have down time, can you make sure my computers never fail?

    Unfortunately, there’s no such thing as ‘never’ in the IT world. It’s a question of when, not if, something goes wrong. That’s why we craft solutions that fit your needs, to limit business disruptions so your business can still operate while we work to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

  • Do you provide educational materials for our team?

    Of course, we love to educate people because we believe that knowledge is power. As a Bent Ear client, we will work with you to determine what type of training is most effective. Beyond that we also offer a Knowledge Base that provides quick guides on common issues, and it’s free to anyone, even if you’re not a Bent Ear client yet! Visit our resources page to learn more.

  • I have IT staff already, and I want to keep them. Can I still work with you? 

    Yes! We understand the value of good people, and we are happy to work with your existing team to bring additional expertise to your business.

  • I do not have a company or need IT services at the moment, but will in the future. Can I still contact Bent Ear?

    Absolutely, IT services are an essential part of a new business and we are happy to help every step of the way. We love working with clients to build a solid IT foundation to allow your new business to thrive.
